The internationally renowned Zillertaler Steinbockmarsch will be taking place on the 22nd August 2015.

The second Nature Park Walking Day takes place at the same day. It is particularly suitable for families or older walkers. The Walking Day is an alternative for all those who preferable a comfortable hike to the challenging Steinbock March

The Steinbock March is a full day hiking tour in the middle of the Zillertal Alps and is renowned as one of the "Classic Alpine Marches". The challenging route measures 30 km in length, with an overall ascent of 1,871 metres and descent of 1,613 metres in altitude.

Nature Park Walking Day:
The Nature Park Walking Day is particularly suitable for families or older walkers. The Walking Day includes passing diverse natural history hiking stations with a Nature Park Guide, who will explain various facts about the natural and cultural landscapes of the Nature Park. There are tworoute lengths: 12 and 5 km

Start: from 7.00 to 11.00 hrs at the Nature Park House

Entry fee: voluntary donations
Time limit: routes should be completed by latest 14.00 hrs

Advent

During the weekends in Advent there is a comprehensive programme of events for visitors to the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday resort. Why not take some time out to quietly get into the Christmas spirit

RISE & FALL

THE mega event that kicks off the winter season
An unprecedented team sporting event where athletes compete against the clock and opposing teams. NO MERCY...

NO MERCY - endurance will be required. The teams, consisting of four participants, have to master four sporting disciplines. Rise: Ski mountaineering and mountain biking & Fall: Paragliding and skiing or snowboarding.

The best will win - THERE WILL BE NO MERCY!
