Our large attractive apartment (75sq. m) is suitable for 4-6 persons and is situated in Laimach.

Laimach is a small village between Zell am Ziller and Hippach.

You will have magnificent views of the Zillertal Alps from the south-facing balcony and the large roof-terrace.

In front of the apartment block there is a play ground and a bus and ski-bus stop for the directions Mayrhofen (Horberg/Penken) and Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena).

At the near grocery shop you will be able to buy 7 days the week

In winter you have the cross-country tracks direct at the “door-step”.

In spring, summer and autumn you have the opportunity to visit the nearby waterfalls, and wander and cycle along the Ziller.

In summer you will have as our guests free admittance to the swimming pool in Hippach.

Thrilling adventures are guaranteed ... paragliding and hang-gliding with the world´s smallest flying school, river rafting on the Ziller, canyoneering or cave trekking, guided hiking tours to Zillertal´s most beautiful peaks!

Enjoy a ride on the Zillertalbahn steam train or all-year skiing or snow-boarding at the Hintertux glacier.
